12x18 Pillow Covers

The 12"x18” inch lumbar pillow is like a small jewel that can be the "pièce de résistance" to a successful pillow arrangement. Here's your chance to choose a wild and wonderful fabric, splurge a little, get something extravagant to put that cherry on top!

This small rectangular pillow size is perfect on small chairs or in a series of pillows on your bed. Let your imagination run free. Pay attention to the scale of the pattern when using this smaller size, because large pictorial prints will often be prevented from fully displayed. For some patterns, the orientation will be sideways for rectangular sizes.

Keep in mind that the pillow cover for a 12x18 pillow insert is made a little smaller for a snug fit (approximately 11.5x17 finished size), so that the stuffed pillow will look attractively plump and well-filled.

Please refer to our Sizing Diagram and our Frequently Asked Questions for helpful information on pillow cover sizing.
